Manager Development / R&D – Mnt. Bike/Outdoor/Water shoe Categories
Lead and direct all footwear development, last creation, engineering, and costing achievements, for multiple Elite Performance Footwear projects. 

•	Designed and Engineered All New Development, and Production Lasts, improving Fit, Function, and Production challenges 
•	Created Gender modified Lasts, to utilize current Toolings, leading to increased Category Sales volume, and reducing amortization costs.
•	R&D of New Footwear Materials, Constructions, and Pattern engineering, for Performance Footwear and Sport Specific achievements.

Managed footwear development, engineering and costing for 3 footwear collections. 

•	Approved materials, constructions, lasts, fitting and costing go-in margins, generating catalogued spec sheets, ordered proto-types and sales samples. 
•	Mentored and collaborated with design, product management, materials departments and professional athletes, outside designers, and marketing staff to create and deliver performance fashion footwear. 
•	Adapted and created “custom” industry projects and endorsed brand collaborations.
•	Created personal lasts for professional athletes utilizing current production tooling to allow for enhanced individual performance and increased market sales.
