Recruited by Vice President of Finance and Administration as a part of the initiative to decentralize the US organization from parent company located in Louvain-la-Neuve Belgium.  Charged with leading the US HR initiatives across the US and start-up of the US Headquarters in Reston, VA.

	Impact: Key member of the US Management Team.  Successful implemented US Management Development plan, Benefit Rebranding Campaign and Employee Wellness Program. 
•	Define and translate the US HR strategy into a 5 year plan and annual budget.
•	Manage a $20+ million payroll across 5 companies operating in 11 states across the U.S.
•	Support business units in achieving objectives by monitoring staffing, recruitment, training, development, compensation, benefits, employee and labor relations, payroll and administrative functions.
•	Ensure proper implementation of IBA group policies and procedures within the US.


Recruited shortly after company was acquired by Iv-Groep, an engineering firm based in the Netherlands.   Charged with the day-to-day administration of human resources, payroll, quality and safety programs, systems and databases.

	
•	Managed a $10+ million payroll across 3 companies operating in the U.S. 
•	Administered the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 standards.
•	Maintained internal and client contract compliance with safety programs including DOT and Non-DOT substance testing.
•	Developed internal communications and media programs to re-align of the company brand, mission, vision and culture with Dutch parent company.
•	Collaborated with insurance brokers and compensation committees to develop and recommend a highly attractive and competitive benefits and compensation program.
