I have 10 years experience in Customer Service on a Retail level. I exceed customers expectation, improving the customer relationship. I am proficient in verbal communication skills as well as organizational. I'm quick on my feet, and great at providing multiple solutions for any problem. My goal is to work for a company that I can showcase my customer service skills, and improve ongoing/new relationships with customers.

Within all positions the main objective is to always confirm a customer is fully satisfied before departure of the store. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• Was part of the Mentor Team, we improved communication within the store. We also trained new hires to ensure that quality Customer Service was consistent throughout the store.
• Helped our store attain one of the highest Physical Inventory Scores in our Market. Was responsible for processing returns, meeting inventory deadlines, expense reports, and receiving all new product in a efficient manner.
• Consistently receives positive Customer Feedback through customer surveys. Has some of the top numbers for Net Promoter comments.

• Helped manage the Women’s side of the store. Prepared all new inventory for the sales floor.
• Established relationships with regular customers, and helped put together events such as
“Girl’s Night” to show customer appreciation.
• Was part of the visuals team that created displays to positively showcase new product to
customers.
