Accounts Payable/Receivable & Administrative Assistant

- Create and revise systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, recordkeeping systems, forms control, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing changes.  
- Support company communication – Emails, Phones, Correspondence 
- Support and complete operational requirements
- Support the creation and deliver of proposals – layout, printing, binding, and delivery   
- Manage all incoming and outgoing payments/expenses to all vendors and clients.  
- Work daily with QuickBooks- Online Accounting
- Create invoices and bills for all projects.  

-Plan and execute practices; organize all travel for 25 college athletes,
-Recruit future students and players,
-Support for players on and off the field, in athletics and academics
