Group Sales Account Executive

• Sold over 1 million dollars in ticket revenue over a two year span 
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, networking and emails to aggressively sell large group ticket packages, events, and luxury suite rentals
• Develop and execute group ticket sales promotions and theme nights
• Serve and grow ticket sales through the use of referrals and service any fan experiences that may be tied to them
• Set face-to-face meetings and stadium tours as necessary to close business

• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails to sell season seats, mini-plans, group events, luxury suite rentals, premium individual tickets, and spring training packages.
• Understand customer needs and requirements to assist with selling products and upgrading packages.
• Provide quality customer service for existing clients as well as working to renew and upgrade their ticket packages.
• Set face-to-face meetings and stadium tours as necessary to close business.


Inside Sales Representative

•	Enter customer work orders and subsequent vendor purchase orders in Primo system for all team room business
•	Follow up all vendor acknowledgements to ensure proper purchase order receipt, product availability and delivery
•	Heavy phone and email communication with customers with timely follow through for all customers and problem solve issues as needed to ensure satisfied customers.
•	Maintain all established team room procedural standards, meeting or exceeding loss prevention audits as well as tight inventory controls

Team Room Coordinator

•	Provide training direction, encouragement, motivation, and nutritional advice to prepare players for games
•	Monitor players use of equipment to ensure safe and proper use
•	Plan, organize, and conduct practice sessions simultaneously enforcing safety rules and regulations
•	Strategically adjusts coaching techniques, based on the strengths and weaknesses of     players
•	Communicate with parents of players to provide information and answer questions

High School Soccer Coach

•	Consult customers on their product inquiries in order to fulfill their needs
•	Maintain the merchandise and visual presentation standards throughout the department
•	Offer friendly service to customers to ensure a memorable shopping experience
