Product Development and Production Assistant

• Assist in developing fabric and trims for new product lines, specifically men’s knit and performance styles
• Review and evaluate fabric and trim strike-offs and submits based on cost, quality, availability, and lead time
• Work cross functionally with design and merchandising departments to meet costing and margin goals
• Placing and maintaining bulk production purchase orders to meet deadlines and follow up chase orders 

• Filing and organization of vendor submits and development sample library
• Working closely with design to approve bulk submits and trims from vendors for new styles
• Maintaining fabric, trim and wash charts for woven and denim development and adopted styles
• Assisting in organization of photo-shoot and presentation samples for upcoming seasons



Freelance Production Assistant

•	Oversee integration of licensed materials for new product lines
