Maintain healthy and close relationships with Mother Agents and other agencies. Handle international placement of
outgoing and incoming models. Properly educate and prepare models for print and e-commerce bookings. Oversee
day-to-day scheduling of castings, photo shoots and bookings for models on the Women’s and New Faces Division.
Negotiate rates/usages with clients and photographers. Research new clients as well as maintain positive
relationships with current clients. Handle the compilation of images to create a strong portfolio to best represent and
market both the model and agency. Attend and schedule photo shoots. In charge of all Social Media platforms and Marketing. Attend various events and conventions to network and discover new talent.
Manage assistants as well as interns.

WOMEN'S/NEW FACES AGENT

- Handle day-to-day scheduling of castings, shoots and bookings for models on the Womens and New Faces Division.
- Attend various events and conventions to network and discover new talent. 
- Create a monthly Women’s Division booking report for the V.P and President of the company.
- In charge of model placement in the model apartment as well as creating a monthly billing report for accounting. 
- Book models on test shoots and editorials.
- Handle Marketing for both divisions and work closely with the Social Media Director
- Oversee l.a. casting and create packages to send to Casting Directors, Producers and Photographers. 
- Update all models digitals and books.
- Handle travel arrangements for models if needed by clients. 
- Read over contracts and deal memos to ensure all negotiations and usages are correct.
- Maintain healthy and close relationships with Producers and models.

WOMEN'S/NEW FACES DIVISION JR. BOOKER

- Coordinate weekly shoot schedules.
- Book models, freelance stylists, hair and MU artists for weekly web shoots and campaign shoots
- Request models based on samples ready to be shot and send out a weekly update to the booking agent. 
- Produce all exclusive launches and photo shoots on the site and handle production for Capsule 2.1.
- Track the timeliness of vendor follow - up by logging the information into a tracking file for all exclusive collections and Capsule 2.1
- Meet deadlines for campaign launches and keep track of the marketing calendar. 
- Create line sheets for all exclusive web campaigns.
- Track web copy and image editing process.
- Work beside the Marketing, Creative and Merchandising Director to discuss each exclusive collection, deadlines, models, and placement on site
- Work daily with Sample Coordination Associates and Web Merchandisers to prepare racks for in-house and freelance stylists and ensure samples are returned to the appropriate departments
- Shoot campaign product flats

E-COMMERCE ASSOCIATE PRODUCER

- Multiple line showroom. 
- Handle market calls and and research new stores. 
- Book appointments and travel to showcase all brands.
- Create pitch emails and maintain healthy relationships with buyers.

ASSISTANT TO THE NATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR - THERESA MATTHEWS

- Assistant to Photographers/Stylists on sets and in showrooms. 
- Styled photo shoots with high-end clients as well as take photos for the online store.

INTERNSHIP/STYLIST ASSISTANT

- Contact exhibitors eligible to attend. 
- Meet demanding deadlines and negotiate contracts with designers.
- Research fashion blogs for up and coming designers and artists. 
- Meet with exhibitors and clothing designers to evaluate collections. 
- POOLTRADESHOW is a three day juried tradeshow in August & February in Las Vegas held twice a year.

SHOW COORDINATOR/JR. ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

- 3 month program working closely and assisting Event Coordinators Shana Glick and Jennifer Egan.  - Worked under deadline for The New Garde Fall Fashion Show. 
- Consisted of contacting designers, PR for our gift bags and working the show.
