After ING’s divestiture of ING Financial Partners, I was hired into a newly created position as Art 
Director. Six months later I was promoted to design manager / Led a design team of two and various freelancers to create the logo and brand identity for Cetera Financial Group and its four subsidiaries.Not once, but twice / We then built out the brand in all communications, eg; collateral, digital, advertising, trade show booths, financial educational collateral, internal employee programs, and content marketing / Coached my team and several print coordinators how to do press checks, and expanded their knowledge of paper / Elevated design of Wealth Management collateral which drove same store sales upward / Saved the company money numerous times by bringing agency work inside. 

Sr. Art Director - Design Manager

Designed all manner of collateral, trade show displays and booths, web banner advertising, and 
program logos for both B2B and B2C audiences.

Freelance Sr. Designer

Developed visual concepts and designs for thematic seasonal color collections, conventions, new product launches, product catalogs, packaging, and in-store graphics / Chose and negotiated rates with photographers, prop, fashion, hair/make-up stylists, and modeling agencies / Art directed both model and product shoots / Oversaw production on :15 and :30 ad spots.

Designed annual reports and collateral for DJP clients such as Edison Mission Energy, Semtech Corp., California Water District, Fraser Papers and Crystal Cruises / Worked with clients in diverse 
industries including, semi-conductors, pharmaceuticals, telecom, healthcare, energy, financial services, and regional water services / Worked on various projects during the Fraser Papers color extension and re-branding project / Was responsible for every part of the process, from attending meetings with CEOs, CFOs, and CMOs, to sourcing photographers, illustrators and printers, while keeping track of the budget / Worked with printers on bluelines, patch color and on press.
