Work at YS Center and in community:
•	Managed and investigated individual Criminal Warrants, Electronic Monitoring, Work Crew, and  Alternative Transition Schools youth and families. 
•	Prioritized care of youth and families while exceeding desired outcomes for Youth Service Center. 
•	Representative and Partner with 51volunteer nonprofit organizations. Provided a collaborative opportunity for volunteers and juvenile offenders as an alternative to juvenile detention. 
•	Communicated effectively, compassionately, and collaboratively while maintaining timely accurate reports and records in order to assist youth clients in meeting their immediate and long term court orders.
