Introduced client-specific solutions, workflow and SOD/EOD processes to clients.  Assisted in conducting occasional testing of programs and systems.  Provided on sight training to all users of system.  Directed and advised new clients through the launch of the Imagine Trading System

Account Support Manager

Attended community and club events. (i.e. award ceremonies, picnics, benefits and holiday functions) Took charge of territory by opening 3 new accounts with no market presence.  Accounts Receivable: schedule and collect payments from clients.  Prepare a club specific strategy to target each community and its needs.  Grew existing customer base by 50% through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
