I am a recent graduate from the University of Florida. During my time at UF, I pursued a BS in Telecommunications Media & Society with a minor in Business Administration. I never back down from challenges. The combination of my Public Relations internship with PMK*BNC, hands-on management experience at the O’Connell Center, and relevant University of Florida education provides a contemporary skills base tailored to ensure effective social media branding, successful event management, and reliable customer relations support. I am excited to bring these skills to bare for you and your team members.

Provide in-home respite care for parents of children with developmental challenges. 
Patience and flexibility – respond to unexpected crises calmly and with a smile, with sufficient flexibility to keep them from throwing off the whole day.
Communication – able to transition smoothly between talking to infants and toddlers to discussing schedules and payments with childcare professionals and parents.

Customer service – ensure all patrons have an enjoyable experience as soon as they enter the arena.
Leadership – supervise crews of up to 40. Provide training to raise team member confidence and continuously scrutinize crew members and customers throughout event.
After only six months, I was promoted to Supervisor of Ushers. Led crews for events that included Cirque du Soleil’s Michael Jackson THE IMMORTAL, UF Commencement, and University of Florida Men’s Basketball Games.

Ensure that all customers receive the best service while dining in restaurant. Take orders and deliver food when ready.

Contribute to strategic planning required for public and brand imaging in the Entertainment Industry.
Work events that included The 2013 ESPYs, 2013 Young Hollywood Awards, and 2013 Dwell on Design.
Create and present mock T-Mobile public relations and marketing campaign to the CEOs of PMK*BNC.
