Create and coordinate all aspects of promotional programs, contests, prizing, concerts, events and live broadcasts to support the strategy and image of multiple radio stations. Prepare proposals, schedule/track deliverables and provide promotional recaps. Secure prizing and unique experiences, compose copy points and oversee winner prize fulfillment and documentation. 
•	Serve as lead liaison internally with all departments including sales, traffic, programming, digital, on-air talent, executive producers, marketing, engineers and imaging, as well as primary communicator externally with listeners, clients, promoters, music labels and the community.
•	Support Account Executives with brainstorming integrated client campaigns and sponsorship activations.
•	Plan and execute an average of 25+ events and 800+ contests per month. Maintain weekly, monthly and annual promotional plan.


Promotions Manager

Systemize daily operations for a brand-based company that launched its flagship product in January of 2011. Effectively handle customer support and product fulfillment. Monitor and track inventory. Order materials and coordinate production logistics. Plan events and trade shows, and support sales. 
•	Collaborate as a team of 2-3 total employees, successfully increasing sales revenue by 350% in 21 months, expanding the product line from 2 to 16 SKUs, and gaining awards recognition.
•	Balance manufacturing and operating budgets to support 18K bottles and 24K filters sold in 33 months, and build developmental strategies.
•	Catapult brand loyalty and social media fans by avidly engaging in customer communication and resolving problems resulting in a less than 1% return rate of gross sales in 2011-2012.


Administrative Manager

Started as a seasonal planner for the official SXSW Music, Film and Interactive Festival party program and promoted to full time in 2010. Negotiated discounts and established rapport with vendors/ venues. Orchestrated event staff and volunteers. Executed a conglomerate of logistics and production details.
•	Produced 150+ unique events, and managed budgets ranging from $5,000 to $300K during the 9-day SXSW Festival for national and international clientele by working effectively with a team of 6 planners.
•	Boosted brand awareness and created buzz for clients through infusing memorable activations such as a live, silk-screen, t-shirt printing station for logo giveaways and Xbox 360 interactive gaming areas. 


Event Coordinator

Managed relations and development for the first franchise sold - a customized, mobile, video game theater equipped with outdoor laser tag. Supported continued expansion of the corporation which was recognized as a franchising hot spot in a down economy by Entrepreneur magazine 500 in January 2009. 
•	Streamlined operations for up to 35+ franchisees' across the USA through co-creating and leading the initial, training programs, and continuously enhancing the repertoire of best practices.
•	Drove territory development and increased productivity by devising a concise marketing plan, discussing tactical implementation, and effectively initiating motivational day-to-day contact.
•	Generated new business as a result of negotiating strategic partnerships with national and local accounts including fundraising companies, sports teams, summer camps and schools.


Franchise Development

Served as team leader, managed communications, demonstrated a high level of customer-centric care, and drove sales for this laser hair removal and skin care center. Designed promotions, partnered with local radio stations and proactively contacted clients.

Client and Sales Coordinator

Developed production plan for a luxury, lifestyle magazine with a circulation of 43,000+ monthly. Oversaw writers and copy editors. Worked with art director on layout and ad specifications. Scheduled photographer and coordinated fashion shoots. Reviewed pre-press proofs, confirmed revisions and maintained timelines.
