Trend spotting and creative concept building.
Create seasonal line sheets using CAD
Source fabric and trim according to budget.
Oversee sample making and adjustments
Photo shoot concept development and fashion show coordination.

Facilitate communication between designers and textile manufacturer
Evaluate sample fabric to determine compliance of quality standards
Track fabric and trim purchase orders
Collaborate with design team to ensure that delivery deadlines are met
Organize and maintain fabric library and line sheets.

Responsible for overseeing a team of 6-8 employees.

Hiring and firing as well as training new employees. 
Calculating daily sales quotas based on LY and sales projections. 
Taking phone orders and creating shipments. 
Working with stylists to orchestrate studio pulls for television and movies. 
Managing orders, deliveries, and maintaining a balanced inventory. 
Creating daily tasks lists and delegating according to each employees personal strengths.
