Compliance Specialist

My goal is find a challenging career path with growth potential for a company where I can use my skills and enthusiasm. The opportunity to proactively contribute to an organization is why I strive to exceed expectations. I adapt with an open mind for change and will relocate for the right position.
I am currently working with adidas- group as a Strategic Customer Service Representative for the adidas and Reebok brands. I relocated back to the Spartanburg, SC area from Charlotte, NC in 2007. 
My position works directly with sales, logistics, purchasing, warehouse, etc. for Dicks Sporting Goods and AAFES. I am active in planning activities with our social committee and HR functions. I also participate in SAP testing, special Training projects, trouble shooting systems for other CSRs, and peer to peer training.
I have worked for great companies and gained extensive knowledge in each position held, which include Call Center Rep, Call Quality Coach, Guest Service Manager, in Retail, Account Management, Manager, District Manager, and Cast Member. 
The companies I have been able to work for include GE Industrial, muzak LLC, A+ Accommodations, Globe Furniture (now Equity/ Cort Furniture), Pic-A-Flick, The Wildlife Company, and Disney.

Receives vendor guides, reviews accuracy coding/ processes, inquiries, revisions, claims/ charges, and problems for assigned Accounts
Resolves questions/ claims, makes adjustments per process for all Account coding, guidelines, requirements, terms/ conditions
Investigate recurring and potential customer complaints/ problems/ concerns, report to Compliance/ CS Management to proactively resolve
Assume responsibility for accurate Account Profiles; review terms/ conditions, special instructions, and compliance guidelines
Provides root cause analysis, Create daily/ weekly reports to manage open issues, charges/ claims, proactive account management


Cultivates professional relationship by communicating effectively with Account, Sales, Operations, and Distribution

Audit/ Create daily/ weekly reports to manage open orders, shipping windows, and allocation in proactive account management
Act as a liaison between sales, warehouse, and account using communications/ meetings to analyze issues, concerns, problems 
Subject Matter Specialist for CSRs and management team to answer questions and assist in training
Represent Reebok with the SAP and GMS trai

Strategic Customer Service Representative

Daily coordinator for Operations Team, including Cleaning, Service, Quality Control, & Delivery teams
Contact for 100+ apartments' offices and utilities' companies (new setups, breakdowns, service issues)
Provide for backup for sales and operation teams
Create new procedures for daily processes and Design paperwork to facilitate these procedures
Liaison between inside/ outside sales, operations, apartment complexes, and residents
Manage new setups and existing re-rentals from move in to move out
Purchasing/ Inventory management for housewares, furniture, and other accommodations items
Use Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point,  Access, as well as, Internet to complete daily tasks

Guest Service Manager

Daily client contact for 44 Muzak customers
Roll out work orders for installs, closures, service requests, etc. for KAM clients
Provide for backup for all KAM accounts for emergencies, absences, and special projects
Create or update all templates, word documents, and files for KAM accounts
Liaison between clients, design, scheduling, voice, and audio departments
Manage new client installs from beginning to closure
Use DSI- HQ system, Microsoft Excel, Word programs

Key Account Specialist

Schedule, select, grade, and give feedback for all calls taken by Customer Service Account Representatives
Provide training for new hire classes and phone support for Customer Service Center
