Debra Schad


My goal is find a challenging career path with growth potential for a company where I can use my skills and enthusiasm. The opportunity to proactively contribute to an organization is why I strive to exceed expectations. I adapt with an open mind for change and will relocate for the right position. I am currently working with adidas- group as a Strategic Customer Service Representative for the adidas and Reebok brands. I relocated back to the Spartanburg, SC area from Charlotte, NC in 2007. My position works directly with sales, logistics, purchasing, warehouse, etc. for Dicks Sporting Goods and AAFES. I am active in planning activities with our social committee and HR functions. I also participate in SAP testing, special Training projects, trouble shooting systems for other CSRs, and peer to peer training. I have worked for great companies and gained extensive knowledge in each position held, which include Call Center Rep, Call Quality Coach, Guest Service Manager, in Retail, Account Management, Manager, District Manager, and Cast Member. The companies I have been able to work for include GE Industrial, muzak LLC, A+ Accommodations, Globe Furniture (now Equity/ Cort Furniture), Pic-A-Flick, The Wildlife Company, and Disney. Every opportunity gives me the experience to challenge myself to grow and become a better employee.
