Handle bike returns and perform bicycle repairs.

Identify and receive bike products into inventory while exceeding goals for accuracy and speed. Identify problems and ensure that they are handled appropriately. Improve efficiency and accuracy of the receiving process.

Merchandise Processor Bike

Organize and Instruct bi-weekly trainings for 38 snowboard instructors on AASI snowboard techniques, learning styles, customer service, and lesson time management. Hire and Evaluate riding techniques and teaching capabilities of new employees. Specialize in advanced instruction for all age groups.

Snowboard Training Coordinator

Assess needs of customers and sell suitable financial products in a fast paced goal oriented environment. Handle monetary transactions daily of $200,000 avg. Provide exceptional customer service.

Teller

Maximize sales by evaluating customers’ lifestyles and preferences and guiding there decision to the best gear for their needs. Take inventory, organize and stocked merchandise. Manage multiple customers at a time while delivering a personalized customer experience.
