Alex Alvarez


I am a graduate of the School of Business Administration, University of California – Riverside and am bilingual in English and Spanish. I have seven years of combined business and financial experience in the construction and transportation/freight industries. My experience ranges from estimation and project cost accounting, including analysis of current and future project profitability, to generating journal entries as well as upkeep of monthly, quarterly and yearly balance sheet and income statements. I am well versed in the use of Viewpoint, Truckmate, Sage and Quickbooks software to record and analyze project and financial data. Current duties include A/R, billing, financial statement upkeep, 401k, journal entry generation and input, month end and year end responsibilities. I am currently studying to sit for the CPA exam.
