Interning aboard in Hong Kong has lead me to work at Woolies Ltd. Woolies Ltd is a distribution and marketing company that is responsible for organic products in the Hong Kong market. 

The company hired me as an intern to revamp their e-commerce site as well as create advertisements and promotional graphics for their products. I will be continue working for Woolies Ltd as the graphic designer when I return back to the US . My responsibilities include:

• Manage the company's e-commerce site (design, invoices, inventory)
• Create and handles graphics for different advertising mediums for their products (banners, business cards, signage, in-store, posters, and online post.)
• Create marketing strategies for target market
• Social Media
• Logistics

• Manage content for the Human Resources web page. Ensure that the HR site was fully up to date and convenient for employees to navigate. Examples of management includes ensuring that forms and links are fully updated and working.
• Created design and added content for new student employment web page. Communicated with the Office of Human Resources, Office of Financial Aid and Career Services.
• Assisting the  director and other HR representatives with their daily duties 
• Provide assistance to the Administrative Coordinator for front desk operation and clerical duties such as greeting individuals, answer questions, accepting phone calls, review paper works, and verify documentations for employment
• Uses Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat to update all forms and paperwork due to school’s recent name change as well as designing flyers and other graphic works.
