I am an experienced meat manager; I have experience setting the fresh meat cases, deli cases and frozen meat cases.
Running a profitable Meat department and helping guest of the store find a solution to the dinner needs is just one aspect of what I do, I also look for ways to improve the department that I manage to be more profitable and hit labor goals by finding ways to improve the way the job is getting done.
I have experience helping my wife run her home based business and doing her IT work. 
My current professional goal is to find a job where I can use my MBA.
