Property Accountant

•	Responsible for preparation of monthly financial reports for approximately 6 senior living owned and managed communities located in Colorado, Utah, Washington and California with occupancy capacities ranging from 120 to 223 units;
•	Completion of monthly accounting close process including review of accounts receivable aging, payroll, vacation and contractual accruals and reconciliation of depreciation and prepaid accounts for 16 communities located in various States; 
•	Prepare monthly financial reporting;
•	Prepare and process intercompany transaction journal entries;
•	Maintenance and monitoring of real property tax and insurance matrices for multiple States;
•	Prepare financial reporting and trial balance for upload to client’s software system for managed communities;
•	Review lease agreements and documentation for resident activity processing such as move-ins, move-outs and level of care changes;
•	Process monthly resident billings;
•	Review bank deposits and process weekly bank
