Membership/Auto Policy Representative

As a Team Leader for Traveler’s Entertainment Specialty Line, which underwrites policies for major entertainment industry clients, responsibilities included:
•	Detailed research on prospective clients to gather information to quote and/or bind a policy.  As Team Leader, interfaced with the Account Executives to provide and interpret my team’s research to ensure sound underwriting decisions for new and renewal policies.
•	Managing account documentation, such as proposals, agreement letters, reinsurance contracts, collateral agreements, policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.  
•	Oversight for accurate and timely servicing and billing of accounts.  
•	Direct communication with brokers, agencies, insured customers, and internal departments to ensure all requirements were met and all unresolved issues were corrected before binding.
•	Provided support to establish performance standards for Traveler’s marketing, underwriting, and service goals.

Account Manager

During my eleven years with LACMA, I worked in many areas of customer and management support.  
•       I worked directly with the Head of Acquisitions and Curators Office developing exhibit layouts and was responsible for the programming, identification, cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of all featured exhibits.  
•	Within the Developmental Division, my team created the Muse Group to introduce young upcoming artists to young entrepreneurs to cultivate of new art using outside money.
•	As an Assistant Manager for Presidents Circle, was responsible for a comprehensive and integrated fundraising program to develop individual contributors for the Museum’s capital campaign.  In this position, I was integral in donor identification and cultivation.  
•	I wrote numerous grant applications to the National Endowment of the Arts and successfully received funding for the LACMA.
