Managed Footwear business from top to bottom. Oversee 35 employees and their sales performance. Train and develop said employees. Planning and execution of merchandising strategies that support overall business growth and other key performance indicators. Store is roughly a $10-$12 million dollar store.

Managed and oversaw the complete sales force of a store that did over $20 million a year. Had about 60 to 70 employees that ranged from line-level to Supervisory positions. Trained and developed my Supervisors and Leads to allow them to successfully train over sales staff. Managed and drove the key performance indicators that led to positive P&L growth on a quarterly and yearly basis.
