I have more the 15 year's experience in customer service and support.  I am passionate about providing high quality, responsive support to customers while contributing to a dedicated team and making a difference.  I have an outgoing personality and get a great deal of satisfaction helping customers.  I enjoy providing customers with clear, concise and accurate information.  I have developed many great relationships with clients over the years which helped in the ability to boost sales.  I have developed a reputation as an efficient service provider and display high levels of patience and accuracy.  I work well with inside and outside sales teams as well as shipping and manufacturing departments to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Answer customer service calls from global customer base and internal personnel.
Support sales team by providing reports, forms, order progress, order tracking.
Organize work flow to ensure customer timeframes were met.
Process orders and update sales force data base.
Answer email inquiries from sales department and end users.
Work closely with HID Global's overseas offices.
Assist end users and customer nationally and internationally on a daily basis.

Receive customer purchase orders via fax and telephone.
Enter new orders into computer system using Expandable software.
Prepare purchase orders for entry.
Maintain delivery schedules for manufacturing department.
Transfer pertinent order information to shipping department.
Track shipments for customers using Federal Express and UPS.
Prepare invoices and apply debit and credits.
Advise customer of inventory status.
