My career in cross industry management and function was forged when my ability to be a leader aligned with my passion for surf, snow, skate, action sports, and a fitness lifestyle. I am a powerfully motivated manager, most previously holding a position within the cutting-edge, lifestyle brand, Free People, in the competitive Metro New York Market. The skills I have acquired in my 15 years of spearheading leading and start up companies include: territory expansion, team and business restructure, and store renovation. Cost control and driving revenues is my priority as a entrepreneur. I have found success in managing comprehensive projects by cultivating an environment of open, authentic dialog with sales teams and upper management. I am diligent in my selection and mentoring of talented people. I made an opportune career move by taking a position for the 2014-2015 Surf Season as a marketing and social media consultant for the acclaimed Rincon Surf School in Rincon, Puerto Rico. I devoted my sale and marketing expertise to the continuous expansion of their global communication and social media presence. I centered my efforts on gaining website traffic through various campaigns, tactics, social media sites, and blogs. This contributed to one of the most profitable seasons since opening their primary location in Rincon in 2012. It was a compelling operation, filled with strong inter-personal and social media networking. This independent consulting position enabled me to use all of my creative facets, my passion for extreme sports, and reinvigorated my business pursuits

Managing three separate locations within the competitive Metro New York Market, I tailored my skills in accordance with each business’s needs. Strategic business development and management for multiple, high volume locations ranging from $1.5 to $3million+ in gross net; Successful recruitment, restructuring, and mentoring of high caliber teams of 15+ employees; Responsible for cultivating target demographic for each unique location according to sales plans, allocations, and social media sites; Managed a leading Instagram account, generating over 12K followers; Record breaking inventory control and organization for FY’ 14 and 15; Unyielding aptitude for loss prevention and store controls; spearheaded LP seminars within the District
