Operations Coach

Coordinates receiving and shipping operations at Distribution center.

- All areas of general Store Manager responsibilities
- Providing world class customer service
- Managing expenses such as Payroll, operation costs, Profit & Loss Statements, etc.
- Staffing - Interviewing, hiring, training, and developing
- Planning – Developing and communicating standards and strategies to associates
