•	Worked closely with Design and Development teams in all aspects of design process from sourcing fabrics/trims to finding alternatives based on budgets/durability/quality etc.
•	Tracking of all garments, Prototypes/ Salesman samples/ Pre-Production samples and TOP samples -Updating of all files on database-thumbnails, tech packs, trim sheets, production reports, fabric contents etc.
•	Trained Product Managers, Merchants and Supervisors on our new PLM system- after launch in August 2015
•	Tasked to write all new PLM SOPs for our Product Development, Merchandising & 3rd Party Curator departments.  
•	Expertly handled multiple tasks during development season, verifying lab dips, strike offs, fabric, and trim qualities.
•	Successfully managed 2 product categories and overflow styles given to me by the Product Development Manager. 
•	Selectively led the launch of the FILSON Leather Apparel Business (Spring 2017) in managing all new styles and vendor relationships for this category.
•	Looked upon as the cross-functional unit of the Product Development & Merchandising departments
•	Worked closely with the Creative Director, being the point person next to the director, tasked with multiple managerial responsibilities while remaining to be a cooperative team player, easy to work with and ready to assist to complete projects and reach company goals.

Developed and licensed business plan through the state of Ohio. 
The Marketspace, LLC is an artist Co-Op with the goal of marketing local Ohio Artists. The Marketspace gives these talented artists another outlet in a brick&mortar retail store- not just through Etsy.com or trade/craft shows. 
I created the concept to support the arts movement in Columbus, Ohio while simultaneously having a space to recycle and rehabilitate antique and vintage furniture. The Marketspace is a place to inspire, grow and create platforms for all types of entrepreneurs with unique handcrafted products. 
The Marketspace LLC. Business Plan, Vendor(Artist) contracts, Vendor Contacts, Book Keeping, Invoices, Inventory and Sales Lists are all written and completed by me.
