Employee Service Associate

I aspire reach a point in life where my work is no longer just a job, but an extension of myself. It will be a place where I am challenged, where there is constant movement, where I am given space to give ideas and create, and where I am working with people.  Working in research and product development would be my ultimate goal.  A career in sports or fashion would be ideal. When there was no TV or social media, this is what existed first as entertainment, what made the soul happy. It was our bread and butter.

•	Meet deadlines on administrative tasks: process all garnishments orders, enter address changes, update W-4 statuses, set up direct deposits, and process W-2 reprint requests.
•	Respond to employment verification requests: verify employment dates, positions, and employee wages and benefits.
•	Document and forward federal and state tax notices to the appropriate parties. 
•	Answer and log a high volume of calls and correspondence. 
•	Provide assistance to Warner Bros. employees, writers, actors, singers, and other private and government organizations.
•	Guide employees with submitting expense reports and using Concur
•	Travel and Entertainment’s reimbursement policies and guidelines.
•	Guide employees  on how to complete and approve Monthly work records and online timesheets. 
•	 Assist employees on how to use tools such as employeeConnection and how to access forms and submit requests from Behind the Shield.

Marketing and Product Development Intern
