National Sales

Experienced Sales, Marketing, and Operational Professional.  I have experience in multiple industries with expertise in sales, marketing, operations, management, P&L, and other areas of proficiency.  I have had a great opportunity to work with many different forms of retail, and feel proficient in all sectors of retail.

Sales Management in Sporting Goods for Gerber Knives and Tools.  Responsible for all areas of sell in and sell through.  Including the management and coordination of responsibilities at Corporate Offices and managing the Rep Groups in my area of responsibility.

Working with industry leading retailers throughout the United States.  Jointly calling on these customer direct while utilizing resources with Rep Groups.  Current Customers include.  Cabela's, Gander Mountain, Sportsmans Warehouse, Big Rock Sports, Mid States Farm and Ranch Customers located in Mid West and West, The Sports Authority, Target, and other customers in the space.

Currently Manage Rep Groups that have representatives throughout the country that are responsible to drive the Gerber Knives and Tools for my customers and others.  This includes setting sales goals, forecasts, manage relationships, coordinate sell through plans, negotiations, and other areas of responsibility.

National Sales Manager

Responsible for all areas of Sales for Stanley Black and Decker (DEWALT), for my assigned geography and accounts.

Managed National Chain Retailers in Utah, Montana, Idaho, and Colorado, with locations all over the country.

Customers demographics included, Farm and Ag accounts, Ecommerce, Independent retailers, and National Accounts inside of the space.

Managed effectively my budgets which included, top line sales, bottom line commitments, gross margin by accounts, while delivering the corporate goals for customers.

National Account Manager

Managed the Northwest for Product Service inside of Stanley Black and Decker (DEWALT).

Directly managed SLC, UT facility the largest volume center in company, and four other facilities.  Spokane, San Francisco, Portland and Seattle. 

Managed a fully burdened P&L for SLC, UT and a blended fully burdened P&L for 5 facilities.  Delivered double digit growth in Sales and Operating Income in each year of responsibility.

Managed 50+ employees spread across five facilities.  Titles include Sales and Operations managers, Sales Representatives, and hourly associates.

Market Manager

Managed fully burdened P&L for SLC, UT location.  Managed the sales and service operations for the SLC market.  Focused on taking market share through creative sales programs and offering world class service to end users and distribution partners.

Increased top line sales by double digit growth each year in both Top Line Sales and Operating Income.

Created strategic plan unique to SLC market, to drive efficiencies in facility, take market share from competition, and offer the best customer service in market and country.

Service Operations Manager

Regional Sales Manager - Idaho

Managed all areas of sales in the Idaho and Western Wyoming markets.  Managed local customers and local retail chains in the market.

Created and executed all areas of Sell in and Sell through for my customers.  While working with internal departments to deliver personal and corporate goals.
