15 years in the action sports industry 11 of those years as the operations manager for specialty ski, bike, & snowboard retail store. Achievements include increasing revenues 114% in three years for shop with 40+ years in business. Increased employee retention by 80%. Developed new product categories, built long standing relationships with outside manufacture reps increasing support and purchase opportunities and pricing advantages. Increased market penetration and development through co-creation of snow expo. Increased brand awareness through offsite events including expo sales events, and consumer product demonstrations.
