I exceeded competitive sales requirements in a commission based environment while ensuring customers received the highest quality of service. I participated in a storewide inventory event and assisted in re-merchandising the department sales floor.

I learned about the emotional transition that accompanies separation and various method and activities that can help ease this transition journey. I was a group leader and helped children (ages 3-18) that are facing a family separation.

I processed international vendor bills via Full Circle software, balanced C.O.D.s , and managed
all invoices with company’s wholesale accounts. I directed customer service calls and assisted in logging product inventory for the sales team.

Administrative Intern

I marketed product to potential wholesale clients, maintained store website, and processed online
orders. I kept detailed inventory control reports ensuring daily sales were logged both in-store and online. I consulted customers on purchasing decisions, set up merchandise displays, and assisted with all store operations.

I was a member of the executive council responsible for chapter decisions. I organized and facilitated the recruitment process of 1,200 women seeking membership in our local chapter. I also designed and implemented a retention plan for new and current members.
