Designer

Brittany Bradley graduated June 2015 from the  fashion Institute of Design and Merchandise. She embarked on her college journey at FIDM in order to gain a wider perspective on active apparel and to further her education in the fashion industry.  She enjoys product development, trend forecasting, and designing.  She is driven to make a difference in the active apparel space through researching the latest innovation in textiles and construction processes. Ms. Bradley is currently seeking opportunities to advance in the Active Sports industry anywhere from Design to Product Development.

•Creates full color CAD-Pattern's and Product flat renderings for ski, hunting, workwear, and safety lines. In addition to developing separate SMU projects.
• Initiates and directs new sample requests with FTY's to ensure creative direction is maintained, within budget, and is delivered on time.
•Works closely with supply chain on product development, raw material development, testing, R&D requirements, etc.
• Collects trend inspiration across all categories to stay consistently in tune with competitive brands and market trends.
• Critiques and finalizes approvals of all samples for bulk via involvement in sample inspection, fittings, strike-off reviews, and development package handovers.
•Responsible for the creation and or coordination of prints and color selections for each corresponding Ski Product season.
•Assists in creating presentations and speaking at product meetings/Committee discussions at all stages from product creation through go to market. 
•Aids with photoshoots, and photo editing and manipulation.
•Travels Internationally to enable hands-on vendor support and investigate factory capabilities. 

•Assembles and delivers tech packs inclusive of specifications, flats/technical drawings, fabric info, Bill of Materials, etc. and ensures products meet margin, quality standards, and X-FTY.
• Coordinates fabric, lab-dip, strike-off, wash tests and sample submissions between SMU's, Suppliers, and Sales.
• Collaborates with factories, mills, and various vendors for new opportunities for product innovation.
• Collects trend inspiration across all categories to stay consistently in tune with competitive brands and market trends.

Design Developer-Technical Gear

Maintains the development and quality of assigned styles by serving as the liaison between the Designer, Merchandiser and Supplier. The Global Snow Developer is responsible for managing all aspects of the product development calendar, execution of the product, and on-time delivery.

•Comprehensive technical understanding and knowledge of garment construction, technical fit and development process.
• Identifies materials and construction technology that supports designer's vision and product requirements.
• Collaborates with factories to achieve state of the art' opportunities for product innovation.
• Ensures company standards for quality, function and reducing environmental impacts are met.

Global Snow Mens Product Developer (Outerwear, Fleece, & Beanies) + Men's & Women's Gloves 

*Assist in the developing, maintaining, designing, selecting & launch of new & continuing product lines. 
* Product Maintenance & Communication; Gather and organize product information including pricing, samples and specifications for current and future seasons. 
* Sample Coordination: Responsible for maintaining the SMS Templates and coordination of color ways & quantities with Product Development & Sales Ops. 
* Special Mock-up (SMU or SGS)/Professional Project Coordination: Assist Merchandising in meeting deployment dates & takes responsibility for specific projects to ensure an on time delivery.
* Internal Analysis & Competitive Research Gather accurate competitive research on pricing & product offering from our competitors. Maintain an organized system for collecting and saving this information. Prepare other analysis and reports required by the merchandising department.
* Support Design, Product Development & other departments wherever and whenever your skills would benefit.

Merchandise Operations Coordinator-Professional Division 

 *Works closely with the Product Development team to facilitate in the selection of materials and components for products via but not limited to wash and wear testing, trend research, and prototype mockups.
* Maintains accurate Product Development records, fabric details, parts lists,
and costing sheets as well as implementing new trackers to consolidate information for team.
* Assists 5.11 employees by any means necessary to production including but not limited to illustrator/photoshop based CADs and WFX Tech Pack adjustments.

Product Development Assistant

•	Meets with vendors to discuss & begin creation of future team merchandise.  
•	In charge of visual merchandising the Team LA store for various events. 
•	Assists Merchandise department in UPC and P.O. creation, inventory monitoring, and trend research.

Merchandise Buying Intern

•Led and modeled the company’s selling and customer service standards
•Trained and motivated associates to improve selling and customer service performance
•Led selling and service efforts as the MOD during scheduled shifts
•Displayed expert product knowledge of company history, company policy and store/company strategies, ect.

Supervisor

•	In charge of maintaining a clean and safe environment throughout the gym. 
•	Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to provide a great gym experience. 
•	Enabled the gym to keep up to date billing information on all customers. 

Must be assertive, enthusiastic and punctual.
