Two things fascinate me most about sports. First: the opportunity to challenge one's limits added to the mental toughness needed to stay focused. And second: the importance of details when choosing efficient strategies that properly organized can create the perfect conditions for peak performance.

When I was a Fencing athlete, I experienced these situations first hand. Every training day was an opportunity to observe how a small change would impact my routine. I wanted to minimize the elements that prevented me from performing better. 

Life has interesting ways of teaching us, and my first big lesson was that adapting to change might not be optional. I should learn how to do it gracefully. After suffering an accident that ended my (meticulously planned) athletic career, I began studying to get my Bachelors and feverishly doing research about human performance. 

I spent the next ten years helping people choose long-lasting strategies to achieve a healthier and more balanced lifestyle. During that time, I was known for my work while guiding business executives to achieve better fitness results.

Then I wanted to learn new things and feel challenged again. I jumped on a plane to fly across the world (Sao Paulo, Brazil > Los Angeles, USA) to complete a Certificate course in Business and expand my career experiences. 

After learning about operations, project management and marketing strategies, I like to stay behind the scenes of the Sports industry. I enjoy planning and creating perfect conditions for other people to present performances that will inspire the crowd.

•	Organized and led the execution of 10 + personalized sports events, educational seminars and meetings per year.
•	Managed and updated Events calendar on company’s internal calendar and social media.
•	Enabled the implementation of a weekly newsletter, and targeted campaigns, resulting in a 35% increase in online customer engagement.
•	Collaborated daily with senior leadership developing status reports on activities related to planning, scheduling, cancellation, inquiries, marketing campaigns and proposal development for various activities and events.
•	Traveled 25% of the time to support onsite execution and management of assigned events and competitions, including set-up and break downs.

•	Trained 500 + clients during strength training, cardiovascular exercise and stretching.
•	Designed 120 + individual training programs focused on developing individual performance.
•	Grew 85% of client base through word-of-mouth referrals motivated by customer satisfaction and results.
•	Created an innovative working contract outlining terms, provided services and tracking systems, resulting in 80% client adherence. 

Personal Fitness Trainer

•	Researched and monitored variances using SAP for daily counts striving for 99.98% inventory accuracy goal.
•	Partnered with team members to increase unit accuracy from 6 months earlier by 4% and reduced shrink to < 0.10%.
•	Delivered daily, weekly and monthly reports with finished goods and services parts: variances, adjustments, positive and negative shrink, including the overall cost to the store.


Operations Specialist

• Supervised operations and logistics for a photo shoot event - negotiated and booked venues, transportation, permits, insurance.
• Created and implemented documents and procedures for office processes that increased productivity across all team members.

Business Development

•	Owned and operated a fitness clothing company selling products via distribution channels, and supplying sports events
•	Participated in the product development process
•	Identify potential distribution clients and strategically negotiate distribution terms and contracts
•	Warehouse management - direct order fulfillment, inventory management and shipping and receiving process

Entrepreneur

•	National Fencing Team, representing the country in international competitions
•	Over twenty national titles won including state and national championships. Brazilian Champion 1999 and 2003; Second Place in Brazilian Championship 2000, 2001; National Champion 2009; Three times consecutive State Champion in 2008
