E-Commerce Bussiness Developement

A challenging and rewarding Logistics/Distribution Center Operations Management position within the private sector where prior experience, personal ability and accomplishments as well as commitment to professionalism would be of value. -Maintain Client/Vendor relationships
-Creates all quotes for product to wholesale customers per Net30 Terms
-Performs a variety of complex clerical and accounting functions including accounting
-Sales and Order Management 
-Providing exceptional customer with heavy emailing to clients, distributors and vendors
-Inventory report generation
-Processing of orders, generating shipping label using FedEx, UPS Worldwide and USPS programs
-Attended events to promote product and produce new accounts 
-Process returns per Vendor RA request, and process exchanges/refunds to clients
-Responsible for the deposit of company checks and all banking needs 
-Website management: formatting, building product pages, uploading product information and pricing
-Renewal of accounts as well as upselling 
-Quality control



-Responsible for receiving all daily supply delivers from vendors 
-Ensured all delivers are accounted for and undamaged
-Assigned to stock bays by LRT scanner
-Logged all orders via CRM and Excel


Receiving Clerk

-Direct report to store General Manager as Administrative Assistant
-Responsible for entire return to manufacturing program which involved detailed administrative handling to assure proper vendor credit
-Extensive vendor contact, heavy customer service, provided a friendly and professional quick response to customer inquiries.
-Processed and returned damaged, defective, out-for-repair and vendor buy back merchandise
-Schedule and receive shipments.
