Perform operational compliance reviews of various business channels across various functions. Including detailed review of operational performance and compliance with company policy and methods and procedures issued both corporate wide and within the business to business channel. Responsibility also includes the review of business practices across the business to business channels via project audits, quarterly audits of specified programs and ad-hoc compliance investigations.
