Exam Proctor

Proctor and administer exams to 50+ examinees and review identification, admission, seating, and monitoring of examinees, in support of the administration of the national, state or local guidelines.  Prepare testing materials and m rooms prior to examinees' arrival, and monitor the conduct of examinees during the testing periods. Administer paper exams to members of ADA.  Supervise/train other proctors at exam station as hired at both San Diego and LA test centers.



Scheduled appointments on Pastor’s personal calendar; coordinated group travel arrangements for up to 50 people; developed agenda items, wrote minutes at committee meetings, input information into church database, prepared check requests/purchase authorizations, prepared expense reports, made deposits, coordinated 150 volunteers including recruitment, training, background checks and record keeping

Administrative Assistant

Developed  new customer relationships with local interior designers and general consumers; recruited students from The Art Institute of San Diego to work at the store to help develop business opportunities and make the store more valuable to the interior designers;  plan and train using personally developed curriculum for monthly store staff meeting, product presentations and free customer how-to seminars. Hiring and employee discipline. Provided sales support; set daily and monthly sales goals based on corporate recommendations;   reached personal sales goals at a level of 95.7% +/- per month; increased successful business to business relationships by 50% with local interior design companies. 



Store Manager

Generated wholesale store outlets by cold calling on a business to business level to local stores such as coffee shops, flower shops and gift shops effectively selling my hand made products to enhance their retail inventory. Added 7 wholesale businesses in 1 year; networked extensively with clients to build successful business to business relationships.  Negotiated terms, closed sales, and wrote contracts.   I sold my products on a retail level at state-wide craft shows. All products were hand made by myself.
