Delphi Key Operator/ Sales Assistant

I am a graduate of Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business with a degree in Marketing. While at Santa Clara University, I served as co-captain of the NCAA Division I Women's Water Polo team in my senior season. I am relocating to Orange County and interested in working for a company built on the foundation of providing excellent consumer products, customer service, and promoting a active lifestyle.

Manage Sales and Marketing activities including RFP responses, proposals, group and corporate agreements. Improvise, improve procedures, and meet deadlines. Provide sales analysis reports, respond to inquiries, coordinate off site meetings, create expense reports and manage travel arrangements.  Assist with set up and management of multiple high value corporate partner accounts. Make arrangements for contracting VIP entertainment groups and extended stay guests.  Organize guest requirement details to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded.  Maintain sales, catering, and corporate managers weekly, monthly, and year to date productivity reports.  Manage property management software system to ensure that each user is in compliance with corporate standards; train users and familiarized key departments with basic program functions. Collaborate with management to gather information pertaining to key reports.  Produce daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Serve as liaison between 

Ensure guest arrival and departure experience is positive and unique. Troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently and effectively in a manner that reflects customer service at the highest level.  Adapt rapidly to corporate quality improvement changes to continuously enhance the guest experience. Anticipate customer needs in order to exceed expectations.

Guest Relations Agent

Manage up to 20 staff for events, such as weddings and corporate parties, as large as 200 people; Demonstrate judgment and quick decision making to resolve unexpected emergencies; 
Assist with food preparation, event set up, and food services; 
Exhibit excellent customer service skills; 
Adapt to changes in the original event timeline

Event Supervisor

Deliver enhanced levels of property owner service to ensure satisfaction and personalize owner stays from pre-arrival to post departure.  Work with sister properties to provide vacation planning, and to develop and maintain customer loyalty. Maximize profits and protect rate integrity with auditing and implementation of input accuracy measures.   Manage accounts payable, matching invoices to purchase orders and verified pricing for accuracy.  Managed accounts receivable: prepared billing; ensured that billings are audited properly to ensure full revenue capture and balance systems; reconciled and audited corporate credit cards and coded charges to general ledger accounts.
