I have a wealth of knowledge that I want to use. I have had a vast experience that I wish to share that gives me a unique view.  I have a strong work ethic and enjoy being a part of a dynamic team, its easy when you have a team of like minded people working towards a goal to find easy solutions to problems and come up with truly astounding ideas. I began work with Alltell and was moved to AT&T during the merger. This was a very customer focused job and very detail oriented. My day to day focus was on sales and customer maintenance. Over my five years with the company I have become an expert in the areas of cellular technologies and social media. I have worked with a variety of platforms and loved this job. I enjoy customer interaction and working as part of a dynamic team. I routinely trained new hires and was a driving force into many of them succeeding in what for most was their first venture into sales, a chain is only as strong as its weakest link so I took great pride in strengthening my team.

I had recently left Transportation Security Administration to move to a management position. My position here taught me the importance of finding the right team, how to manage a team and many, many pitfalls of day to day management. I was a working manager which means I had my own duties to attend t as well as supervision of employees, and customer interaction wen needed. Some of the most important lessons I have learned is that you need to have a plan, winging it is never a good idea when it comes to trying to be a success. I supervised and trained over twenty employees at a time, inventory control and stocking as well as merchandising and everything it takes to run a big box retail store.

Assitant Manager

this was a job as a security screener to begin with, daily paperwork and training went into this job and actually taught me the importance if organization. During my time here I was sent to multiple classes on how to interact with people, conflict resolution, along with regular screener duties. I was promoted to TSA approved instructor " TAI" a position I seriously enjoyed. I was taught how to each the new hire class, instruct and teach various classes and be a leader among my peers. This is where I found I enjoyed public speaking and interaction, and was finally able to put to use my terrific acting skills.
