The vast majority of my work experience is in retail management, specifically operational roles. My biggest value to a retailer is my ability to execute the behind-the-scene functions necessary to the business. I am motivated, adaptive, work well independently, but can also be effective in a team, have sufficient computer-based skills, and am highly effective in time/task management. Skill set includes client interaction/customer service, team building/relaying brand standards, analyzing data (ie. sales/inventory reports), scheduling, payroll maintenance, knowledge of competing brands’ sales/trends, maintaining communication with corporate offices regarding sales and other performance reporting, inventory/supply management, data entry, filing, event planning and coordination, expense reconciliation, familiar with MAC and PC operating systems including Windows Office.
