Lead a team of 8 Mass Communication Specialist in providing journalistic, photo, video and print services for a crew of 3,200 Sailors, Marines and embarked staff. Recipient of three consecutive Thompson Ravitz Awards for best Public Affairs program afloat. Exceeded all ships in the fleet in releasing photos and articles documenting the ship's maiden deployment. Maintained command's social presence increasing follower-ship from 300 to over 14,000 people.

Chief Public Affairs Officer/Broadcast Services Media Manager

Supervising manager of 5 personnel. Responsible for broadcast services to the office of the President providing high definition support to the White House stateside and abroad. Oversaw a complete transition from analog to high definition broadcast services throughout the White House complex. Maintained an 8 million dollar inventory of equipment.Travelled extensively aboard Air Force One as a documentary videographer/photographer for the Bush and Obama administrations. Military advisor to speech writing team. Primary teleprompter for President Obama during his first year in office.

Master Control Supervisor in Charge/ White House Television Videographer/ Presidential Teleprompter

Leading supervisor for 35 junior personnel in providing photo, video and print services for 5,000 crew members. Recipient of seven Chief of Naval Information (CHINFO) Awards for excellence in public affairs, best command cruise book, photojournalism, best command website, best internal newspaper, best broadcasted news program and best original content programing. Conceived, created, produced and edited twelve one hour episodes of "Reagan Idol" a talent program focused on vocal performances of crew members to increase crew morale that was directly responsible for a member of the crew participating in "American Idol." Served as a Career Counselor for 185 sailors providing career guidance and support.

Media Dept Public Affairs/Photo Lab Leading Petty Officer

Served as an independent videographer/photographer for the Navy's aviation training command in the Pacific Northwest. Qualified to fly in fixed wing aircraft. Produced in-flight photography and video services for the EA-6B Prowler and P-3 Orion aircraft.  Responsible for the creation and editing of training videos for aircrew coordination and communication. Sole videographer in documenting the return of the VQ-1 crew taken prisoner in the Hainan Island incident in 2001.

Aerial Videographer/Photographer

Deployed in support of Operation Restore Hope (Somalia) and Deny Flight (Bosnia) providing photography services to a crew of 3,000 Sailors and Marines.  Photographic responsibilities included portraits, investigative photography, intelligence gathering and general photojournalism documenting deployments.  Managed radio programming and broadcasting of television services. Editor of command cruise book for two deployments.
