When I was in High School my business teacher taught me if you can find a need and fill it you will always find success. I have followed that mantra throughout my sales career. Asking questions and having patience to listen are the tools I use to achieve my sales goals. I love being outdoors and aligning myself with nature's heartbeat. If I could combine my sales and management skills with an occupation that promoted that lifestyle, I believe that the potential would be limitless.

Identify prospects and decision makers through cold calls andF2F. Analyze customers needs and make a compelling value proposition leading to a sale. Follow up with customer periodically and always ask for a referral.

Account Executive

Design and build custom homes throughout California. Not just conventional homes but structures such as Yurts, Domes, Log Cabins, Post and Beam SIP construction. Some locations were so remote that all construction was performed using only hand operated tools. Awesome experience.

General Contractor/Owner

Recruit Healthcare professionals through various job boards in order to match their skills with job requirements of our hospital vendors. These placements were either temp, contract or permanent hires.
To expand our reach and influence by establishing remote recruitment centers throughout California and the Western United States.

Market and sell fee based employee training for businesses and organizations in the college district. I met with HR and 'C' level executives to demonstrate the value of various modalities that would improve customer relations and productivity.
