1. Handled job advertisements for faculty recruiting/hiring, scheduled candidate interviews which also included travel accommodations for candidates. Prepared data for faculty reviews and worked with committee on faculty contract renewals. Managed three budgets, prepared budget proposals, processed invoices and faculty/staff/student reimbursements.
2. Managed capstone project entailing coordination of 135 students and mentors. Planned and executed fall and spring events and follow-up activities. Managed financials for 135 plus students. Made sure that students had an excellent capstone experience in small graduate program.
3. Provided academic coordination.  Drafted course and exam schedules, coordinated/oversaw course evaluations and analysis, and coordinated student exit interview surveys.
4. Planned and executed monthly campus events as well as commencement and convocation.


Executive Assistant/Office Manager

1. Managed the College’s parent relations activities. 
2. Provided professional counsel and administrative support to parent volunteers including Parent Network Board members, committees of the Parent Network, and event hosts.

4. Managed the Parent Network’s external communications through electronic newsletter, the online community, web pages, and the Parent Handbook.

Associate Director, Alumni and Parent Relations

1. Worked closely with the Associate Director of Annual Giving, Parents Fund/Parents Club to organize details related to Parents Orientation, Parents Weekend, Parents Club Board meetings, and other Parents Club events.
2. Performed general secretarial duties including creating letters, memos, reports, and other correspondence from finished and semi-finished source material.  Proofread records, forms, letters, and other material.  Filed records, reports and maintained files.
3. Organized mailing of lead letters and event mailings for Parents Fund.  Ensured adequate inventory was available, printing letters and envelopes, signing, stuffing, and mailing letters. Delegated the assembling of the lead letters to the office mail house or student assistants and ensured that the work has been completed in a timely manner. Maintained detailed log on all Parents Fund mailing.
