Managed up to 70 team members to support manual packaging operations for Mix Pack, international can repack and quality inspections.

Reviewed and developed standard operating procedures regularly to ensure safety, quality and production.

Conducted ordering of all non-inventoried items and implemented tracking to ensure facility had everything needed to operate.
