Directed all aspects of manufacturing and test operations for six Service Centers (RF Test Ranges, Autoclave, Environmental Stress Screen, Etch, Paint, Machine Shop) and supervised 75 direct reports responsible for both prototype and production delivery of antenna and video systems.
•	Implemented a cross-functional multi-tasking approach within R&D, eliminating the competition for resources and utilizing capital equipment by an increase of between 10 to 25%.

Senior Project Engineer

National Programs Manager - Defense Intelligence Solutions
Responsible for portions of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s multi-million dollar ClearView contract for satellite imagery.  Facilitated customer development, production process improvements and the end-to-end delivery process.
Imagery Programs Manager - Fed, Civil & Commercial Solutions
Directed the project management process, proposal systems and financial process controls.  Managed five regional offices in a matrixed structure that were simultaneously producing over 50 unique projects.  
•	Integrated all offices into one focused national standard which included management processes, quality standards, customer reporting, accounting practices, and compensation standards.
•	Streamlined the Program Management Process, from 18 steps to seven, using proactive contingency planning that resulted in 1,000 additional PM hours per year.

•	Coordinated marketing, engineering and manufacturing changes on the fly, reducing defects by 18% using proactive QC and Pareto analysis.  This also decreased customer returns by 5 to 30%.


R&D Program Manager

Developed new manufacturing teams, processes, procedures and facilities.
•	Facilitated the construction and implementation of automated work cells and assembly teams to produce RAID storage devices, ramping from zero to 15+ units per shift within the first year.
