Call Center Manager

I am currently part of a 5 person team that manages all aspects of a call center with 140+ employees.

I have experience leading and working with a diverse team of people from all age groups and walks of life.

I am 25 years old and I feel that I have peaked at my current place of employment. I want to start a career with a company where I have an opportunity to grow.

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

•	Manage day to day operations of a large call center 
•	Monitor deadlines of several projects at once
•	Allocate hours to ensure all project deadlines are met
•	Create daily schedules and assignments
•	Evaluate all aspects of interviewer performance for raise reviews
•	Listen to calls to assure the quality of data being collected
•	Interview and train new employees
•	Communicate directly with clients to determine their objectives
•	Closely watch and manage a dialer system
•	Deescalate situations that arise on the call center floor

•	Categorized data collected online and over the phone 
•	Manipulated raw data into a client ready format

Data Coder

•	Practiced call control and unbiased call techniques
•	Recruited for focus groups and in-depth interviews 
•	Interviewed business executives in the private and public sector
•	Helped improve unbiased survey tools and methodologies
