Source product (including fabrics, trims, treatments) and factories to ensure maximum mark up and product quality.
Negotiate price with factories.
Issues all purchase orders to factories and track weekly on WIP report. 
Following through the complete production process including artwork, fabrics, component and samples approval. 
Travels to factories to check production and build the relationship to ensure the highest quality and on time delivery.

Working closely with product developer to ensure correct style is executed
Follow through from costing to shipping
Daily communication with vendors to ensure production is correct and on time
Attend fitting and provide expertise in garment construction
Routine factory visit to ensure quality and delivery 
Responsible for every aspect of production from proto sample stage through shipment complete
