Mechanical Engineer - Level III Operator, at Southern Power Miller Plant CO2 Pilot Capture system. Duties include routine measurements and interfacing with control team to optimize CO2 capture from plant flue gas. Experience running Rockwell Automation / Allen Bradley RSLogix 5000 PLC controller software to monitor and adapt control system.

Contract Mechanical Engineer

Systems Engineer ­ Took part in network design for RF communication between  well heads with Mango Automations SCADA system and Digi Products. Duties  included programming python and XML languages. Lead push to roll out tablets  for field workers to bring company up to compliance standards in Colorado. 

Systems Engineer

Founder of a small business focused on carbon fiber repair for bicycles.  Substantial attention to detail, adaptive methods to find solutions based on the  wide variations in composite layups. This variance in design requires careful  analysis of the existing structure so the repair will cause limited changes in the  tube characteristics. 

Lead Engineer / Founder

Project Engineer ­ Responsible for design work on new mercury analyzers and  sampling devices. Highly detailed oriented work with precision measurements of  gases emitted from coal fired power plants.   Heavy focus on design with SolidWorks and fabrication including use of lathes,  mills and TIG welding for prototype production.

R&D Engineering Intern ­ Design and fabrication projects related to cycling and  beyond.  Most significant project was working with Creo Parametric creating  assemblies for the complex, in­house wind tunnel.  Worked in the machine shop making prototypes; familiar with composite repair &  testing as well as manual mills, lathes and 3D printers.

Mechanic work ranging from basic tunes to total overhauls on customers bike with advanced hydraulic systems and electronic groupsets. Wide range in overall bike quality from cheap to $10,000, high level of quality work expected.
