I bring to the table nearly 25 years of executive level creative direction, marketing, branding and product design experience building award winning campaigns, collateral, and more for top action sports and youth culture/lifestyle brands. From outstanding Sports Emmy nominated broadcast television shows to endemic action sports and youth culture lifestyle products, branding and visual story telling. I create authentic visual communications that speak directly to enthusiasts and participants. Developing key global insights into connecting brands with youth culture and lifestyle. My passion for design and action sports stems from growing up in a creative home and surrounded by board sports and the beach culture lifestyle. As a teen and young adult my passion for Surfing, Skateboarding, BMX Racing and Motocross as well as having God given artistic ability and an eye for design would eventually lead me to merge them together as a career path. I have cultivated these creative talents, respected industry relationships and friendships into a highly successful career.

Starting out as a freelance designer and art director in the Southern California endemic Action Sports industry where I developed products and marketing campaigns for some of the most authentic and respected brands in action sports to my current position as a creative and marketing director leading leading a creative & digital communications team for one of the largest television networks in history. My client list includes such respected brands like Etnies, 32, Hawk, Planet Earth, Adio Footwear, Dragon Optical, Oakley, West Wetsuits, Channel Islands Surfboards, Burton Snowboards, Nike, Red Bull, Mountain Dew, Gatorade, Lucas Oil, MTV, NBC Sports, Casio, Toyota, Paul Mitchell and many more.

I know how to tell authentic brand stories and understand the research that needs to be poured into the client and their objectives. Cofounder / Creative Director

Creative lead for ALLI, Alliance of Action Sports/NBC Sports Group. Develop the vision, manage and execute all aspects of creative design and production for ALLI Event Properties (Dew Tour, Red Bull Signature Series, Lucas Oil Pro Motocross Championship, Octane Academy, World of Adventure Sports), ALLI Media Universe (Television and Digital), and ALLI Enterprises (E-commerce, Event Stores, Official Event Merchandise).

Director, Creative & Marketing

Manage all aspects of Dragon product line from initial lineplan to creative, design, development and production for Dragon accessories and softgoods. Worked with marketing and creative team to develop global campaigns and promotion for domestic US and international sales teams and distributors.

Responsible for defining product line and seasonal product brand stories, lineplans and merchandising. Worked with key global retailers to develop POP and InStore Displays. Develop merchandising guidelines that highlight product and key marketing initiatives. Worked with contract vendors to make sure factory pricing hit company margin expectations. Reported directly to company CEO. Developed seasonal line briefs and presentations for global sales and marketing meetings. Worked with team managers and key athletes to design product that was on trend and athlete driven.

Adio Footwear - Apparel & Accessories Category Product Line Manager. Management of all aspects of apparel design & development and oversaw the business and execution of strategic sales and SMU product offerings for key national chain accounts like PacSun, Zumiez and Journeys.

Etnies Footwear Visual Communication Manager and Art Director. Creative lead for the Etnies Footwear / Surf and Moto-X divisions. Creative design and execution of all visual branding materials including advertising campaign, catalogs, website, p.o.p./in store merchandising, product packaging, apparel/footwear graphics and design. Worked with team managers and athletes to build seasonal print and digital advertising campaigns. Worked with product development team to launch Etnies surf sandal product category and marketing campaigns.
