CAREER OBJECTIVE

Asked to take on a different leadership role within the newly-formed Learfield Licensing Partners licensing agency.  Job functions include:

- Oversight on all corporate branding initiatives, including (but not limited to) print, web, sales collateral and tradeshow exhibits
- Develop external communications strategy to media and client partners
- Create social media strategy for corporate
- Work across multiple business divisions within the Learfield Sports family to create opportunities for core brand expansion, cross-branding and product extensions, and new areas of brand growth for university client partners

Vice President, Corporate Branding and Strategic Alliances

- Oversight for corporate marketing budget and marketing strategies for more than 225 university clients.

- Managed a team of three marketing managers

- Developed strategies for LRG corporate branding, including outside agency management for corporate logo rebrand.  Worked with internal team to create consistent brand look and voice, including complete redesign of corporate website and sales collateral

- Worked with select clients to help build brand equity through licensed product by developing unique promotions, in-store POS displays, brand campaigns and events  

- Worked with eleven client account managers to develop programs to help capitalize on special events, milestones 	and championships by creating unique licensed product and retail opportunities that embodied the university’s true 	voice and brand personality.  ROI on these programs averaged at least an annual 20% growth in royalty revenue

Vice President of Marketing

- Created first true marketing division at LRG, providing full creative design, campaign and promotion development to help distinguish our clients from other brands in congested retail space

- Helped to design proprietary suite of online management solutions for logo asset management and distribution, graphic approvals, and the management of contracts and finances.  Worked with developers on initial launch and 	deliverables, user testing and education, and periodic version update releases.  System now used by more than 225 	universities along with Major League Baseball, Major League Soccer, Ferrari, NASCAR and other known brands

Director of Marketing and New Technology

- Managed promotions and unique license types for athletic conferences and cross-branding programs

- Helped to execute and oversee concession licenses for in-venue athletic conference and NCAA events

- Worked as part of a team to license and create first-to-market NCAA football and basketball video game titles

Marketing Manager/Special Properties Manager

- Managed public relations activities for Aztec football, men’s basketball and baseball 

- Responsible for media guide content, press releases, press conferences and direct media contact
