Customization Coordinator/Sales Support Representative

My responsibilities are specifically associated with all aspects of the custom product sales efforts; this includes swimwear, caps, apparel, team banners, and factory orders. I work with sales reps to support team sales and dealer custom product needs. I help to enhance customer satisfaction and improve delivery of custom products. I administer our online custom design tool. 

I also work closely with the FINIS South American accounts by keeping in constant communication with distributors to generate sales, build rapport, and seek opportunities.

I coached children ages 6-17 at Malibu High School. I helped the swimmers to develop and improve as athletes in a fun and enjoyable environment. I sent weekly emails to parents informing them about their swimmer's progress and upcoming competitions/events.

Swim Coach

I assisted with media relations including pitching, researching, and following up with members of the media to track and ensure client placement. A majority of clients included professionals in the health care industry.

Public Relations Intern

I assisted the Marketing & Events Manager with various department events including games, dinners, alumni events and donor functions. I also assisted with the creation of marketing plans for the upcoming season and reviewed the previous year's marketing plan to create fulfillment reports and analyze success. I facilitated the organization of major events and student engagement events.

Marketing & Events Intern

I guided guests on hikes in the Malibu area while encouraging and motivating them to reach their goals. I ensured the safety of guests by constantly communicating with other guides.

Hiking Guide

I published articles located on www.thesurfchannel.com about surf culture. I also helped to promote and create awareness of The Surf Channel brand at the US Open of Surfing.
