Retail Fit Expert/Sales Associate

I am an enthusiastic and energetic individual who enjoys working with people and helping to solve problems. Adventurous, passionate, and finding meaning in every experience, I am excited to continue to grow as a person and in my skills.

My responsibilities include enthusiastically greeting every customer, showing them to Shoe Dog, our gait analysis system, where they can find their Best Fit Ever, and then narrowing down the giant wall of shoe possibilities using knowledge of shoes, anatomy, and running to make recommendations. I employ proven sales techniques in order to fit each customer with as many helpful tools as possible.

Assisted patients with their exercise regimens, providing encouragement, and demonstrating proper form. Maintained cleanliness of facility. Excellent customer service!

Physical Therapy Aide

Welcomed visitors to the SHSWC. Assisted Health Center professionals in putting on educational programs about health, fitness, sexual health, and more.

Peer Health Educator

Responsible for up to 500 residents at one time. Put on educational and social programs for residents. While "on duty", made sure that residents were following the rules--if they weren't, made notes and documented situations. Responded to emergencies and helped keep residents safe.

Resident Advisor

Provided personal and group tours to prospective students at Cal Poly Pomona. Told stories about school's history and educated visitors about various parts of campus. Inspired students to apply to my glorious school. Excellent public speaking skills.

Poly Pathfinder

Warmly greeted patients and worked with them, one on one, to complete their given exercises. Explained purposes behind exercises when necessary and demonstrated proper technique.
