Field Service Manager, Graduate Leadership Program with Bell Canada (May 2013- Present) The GLP program is comprised of four, nine month rotations in different business units within Field Services. 

•	1st Rotation - Complaints/ Billing Manager (May 2013-March 2014)
o	Re-engineered Bell’s complaints handling process to improve the customer experience. Went from an average handling time of three weeks to 24hrs in eight months.
o	Lead a team of eight unionized employees with experience ranging from 2 years to 35+, provided ongoing coaching and bi-annual performance reviews
o	Provided key stakeholders with timely team performance updates and billing analysis 

•	2nd Rotation - Operational Manager (March 2014- Jan 2015)
o	Managed the performance and discipline of 24 unionized employees who worked remotely from East Montreal to the West Islands. Provided monthly one on ones bi-annual performance reviews
o	Communicated organizational messages through monthly team meetings, conference calls and one on ones
o	Job quality inspections to insure job standards were respected, achieved a 8.30% performance improvement in terms of Quality and Efficiency, Obj. 4%

o	Working with one data analyst to insure the delivery of monthly load forecasts for Bell Cable Technicians
